WHAT IS small group training?

Small group training consists of one trainer working with three to eight clients. Keeping the group to an 8-person max allows the personal trainer to build a connection with each individual while giving proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment.


Small group training is a more cost-effective way for people to experience the benefits of working with a fitness professional. In addition, it has been shown to increase camaraderie, accountability, and success among group members. When individuals exercise in a group, they establish relationships and make friends, which helps to improve adherence to the program.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING [SGT]

Budget-friendly high-energy training that delivers real results

A certified personal trainer leads Small Group Training, and each session focuses on a specialized format, such as strength, endurance, or core. Participants will use ropes, kettlebells, bars, TRX equipment and more, encouraging individual progression and skill development.


These sessions target all muscle groups through dynamic and isometric movements. The workouts will be high-intensity and high-energy. They are designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, and excess fat loss.

SGT FOR TEENS

Safe and effective training for ages 10 to 17

Good health and fitness habits are essential at any age. Our SGT for TEENS sessions are designed to teach 10-17-year-olds how to work out safely and effectively, through various cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises.


Whether it’s a young athlete looking for off-season conditioning, a pre-teen or teen interested in learning how to exercise effectively and safely with gym equipment, or just looking for a fun, active class, we are always looking to offer and develop programs for every need.


Our sessions focus on building and maintaining athletic abilities. Through a combination of training in strength, endurance, flexibility, and other areas, participants are helped to become well-rounded in all physical activities.

SGT FOR KIDS

Fun fitness and active play that teaches kids ages 6-9 how to move with purpose

SGT classes for KIDS offer a variety of health benefits and are a fantastic way to keep children active and engaged. These classes promote physical fitness by improving cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Regular participation in SGT classes also helps to instill healthy habits at a young age and sets the foundation for a lifetime of good health.


From body-weight exercises to cardio drills, the SGT for KIDS class offers a well-rounded workout with an obstacle-course design that helps improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall fitness.
