DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

You want to improve your strength and mobility, but traditional workouts feel too harsh on your joints.

You’ve tried exercising on your own, but can’t seem to stay consistent—or see results.

It's a New Challenge

You’re recovering from an injury and need a safe, effective way to rebuild strength.

A Sociable & Supportive Community

You spend long hours at a desk and feel the toll in your back, shoulders, and hips.

Discover the Transformative Power of Pilates

At Olympia Performance, we designed our Reformer Pilates program to bridge the gap between performance training and restorative movement.

Our Founder saw that too many people were stuck between extremes: high-intensity fitness classes that led to burnout, or “gentle” workouts that never delivered results. We believe you deserve both strength and sustainability.

That’s why our certified Reformer Pilates instructors bring a coaching mindset to every class. We meet you where you are, design progressions that fit your goals, and mentor you on a journey toward strength, balance, and resilience.

This isn’t just another class—it’s a training system that adapts to you.

Reformer Pilates uses specialized equipment with springs and pulleys to provide resistance and support, while Mat Pilates focuses on bodyweight control and core activation. Both are effective—your choice depends on your preference and goals.
