WHAT IS HIGH-PERFORMANCE training?
High-Performance Training is an approach to training that helps athletes achieve their desired performance goals. It is designed to improve their conditioning to enhance their ability to perform a given sport.
Our high-performance sports programs are designed year-round, built around an athlete's seasons to achieve optimal development and performance.
Our approach includes corrective and restorative exercise, strength training, conditioning and cardiovascular training, sports-specific techniques and drills, nutritional advice, mental and psychological training, and constant and consistent accountability and monitoring by a qualified coach.

Reducing the Risk of Injury
Throughout a season, an athlete adapts to the required patterns and postures needed by their sport. All athletes must be able to maintain both muscular and postural balance and control to avoid hindrances. Olympia Performance offers an innovative approach to high-performance training – building on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals.
Unlike at other facilities, athletes at Olympia Performance are coached from the moment they enter our gym until they leave. Our high-performance training program is based on consistent, continual coaching.
Our unique program includes personalized instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
An intimate group for accountability and motivation
Bring together the energy and camaraderie of a group class with all the personalized coaching of private training.
Semi-private training involves two athletes working out together. Your coach provides personalized guidance, addressing each participant's unique needs within the group setting. And because it's semi-private, you get more bang for your buck.
Expertly tailored workouts. An intimate group for accountability and motivation. And expert coaching and nutritional guidance to help you level up.

REMOTE COACHING
Achieve your athletic goals, from anywhere & anytime
Primarily for those who want access to high-quality coaching in pursuit of their athletic goals. Adaptable and responsive, this service is for individuals who are experienced and competent in fitness training.
Remote coaching is ideal for the athlete who can execute a plan on their own as prescribed by their coach. They are capable and confident of training at home, from a remote location or during long, extended travel.
Every Remote Coaching relationship begins with a consultation call to learn about an athlete's athletic history, health status, commitments, availability, and future goals. Once this information is collected, we will lay out a training plan for you.
Athletes will have access to an interactive training document where they can review each day's session and goals, submit their results, and receive feedback on their performance.
