Calling all athletes! Our athletic speed camp is the latest initiative to bring you to the best athletic form of your life. Chris Coll, runs our 12 week/ 27 session program which is  designed to help you improve your speed and agility in order to help you reach your full athletic potential. This program is adapted to all sports and all levels.

Our Speed Camp is divided in 3 phases (general prep + testing, intensification and peak phase) each lasting 3 week (9 session) with a week recovery between each phase to ensure proper recovery. Athletes are tested using top of the line testing techniques during the 1st and 12th week in order to account for progress.
