Olympia Performance founder and owner Steve Hoather has been a lifelong fitness devotee. He's been training for 33 years and has worked as a fitness professional for over 24 years. With extensive experience coaching clients of all ages - from youth athletes to clients approaching 90 years - Steve thirsts for learning about the body and the techniques that contribute to optimal performance.
