After 11 years of playing football and 6 years of playing basketball, Chris became certified with ISSA, NASM, BPU, NSPA and FMS. He currently trains athletes of all ages and all levels.  In addition to in and off season training, Chris specializes in injury prevention, body re-composition, nutrition (athletic and non-athletic), joint rehab (arthritis, injuries, etc.) and speed and agility mechanics. Chris also leads our Speed Camp program and coached our FITT Camp on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. His clients, whether one on one or in small groups, love the attention, motivation and sincere interest Chris provides them.
